About Us
Malcolm Creek Vineyard is located in the northern part of the picturesque Adelaide Hills between Chain of Ponds and Williamstown, 40 kms north-east of Adelaide.
Malcolm Creek Vineyard was established over 35 years ago by Reg Tolley, third generation winemaker. The vineyard was located on Ashwood Estate and named after Malcolm Creek which runs through the property.
Our Aswood Estate vineyard produces the grapes for our premium Chardonnay and Cabernet Sauvignon wines. The plantings are between 25 and 35 years old, and the altitude ensures slow ripening of the fruit. All the grapes are hand picked as late as possible in March/April each year to secure the quality.
After careful processing the wines are transferred to French oak barrels and allowed to mature before bottling. 2-5 years later the wines are available at the cellar door and in selected restaurants. For our other varieties available at the cellar door we source premium grapes from selected Adelaide Hills Vineyards.
We strive for simplicity and quality.
